2012: Project Manager for My 2012: A Sports and Culture initiative for East Hampshire schools and Colleges. Funded by London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG). 

2013 to 2021: Headteacher of Upper Shirley High School in Southampton. 

2015 & 2016: Project Manager: Imagine the Future: 11-19 Southampton-based young people’s aspiration initiative. 

2016 to 2021: Chair of the Southampton Education Forum. 

2017 & 2018: Guest lecturer on Post Graduate Teaching Programme at Winchester University. 

2020: Schools and Colleges Education Lead for Southampton City of Culture Steering Group. 

2021 to 2024: Co-founder (and guest contributor) of Headspace Education- a reflective practice group which supports Hampshire headteachers. 

2023: Production designs for MAST Studios 48 Hr Challenge, Southampton. 

2023: Featured site-specific installation at Arches Open Studios, Southampton. 

2024: Static Pressure exhibited at ‘Material Remains’ a Zing Collective group show, Southampton.
